Job Description

Our client is the leading provider of nutrients and minerals for sustainable, healthy soil, plant, animal and human bioactivity and development. They're working exclusively with our firm to fill a corporate controller position.

In this role, you'll:

Oversee month-end and year-end close across multiple entities

Ensure GAAP-compliant reporting and clean audit readiness

Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting workflows

Drive improvements in reporting, forecasting, and margin visibility

Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational decision-making

Salary: Up to $140K plus benefits

This position is onsite in West Phoenix, AZ.
