We are currently seeking a Superintendent II to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in managing field operations, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

Project Leadership & Supervision:

Oversee all field activities for construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project plans.

Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to drive on-time and on-budget project completion.

Promote strong, positive relationships with ownership, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Field Operations:

Direct site mobilization, setup of temporary facilities, and ongoing site logistics.

Lead project mobilization, inspections, and final walkthroughs.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and lead regular safety meetings.

Project Coordination:

Produce and manage look-ahead schedules and monitor milestone achievements.

Generate daily reports detailing site conditions, subcontractor activities, weather, and project progress.

Communicate jobsite performance issues to the Project Manager and collaborate on solutions.

Coordinate inspections and ensure all installations meet quality control standards.

Mentorship & Supervision:

Mentor and supervise field staff, promoting accountability and adherence to project goals.

Support recruitment efforts by assisting in interviewing and onboarding new field staff.

Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans as necessary.

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multi-family construction.

High school diploma or equivalent required; OSHA 30-hour and CPR/First-Aid certifications preferred.

Valid CA Driver’s License.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and construction project management software (e.g., PM Web).

Strong understanding of construction drawings, industry terminology, and quality control practices.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
