The End User/Helpdesk Manager will manage the end user configuration environment, including assessing and recommending changes to the current end user policies and processes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related disciplines are required. This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience, of which at least two (2) years must be specialized.
Must be certified in one of the following: ITIL Practitioner, ITIL Service Manager, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, Apple Certified Support Professional, LPIC-1, LPIC-2, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, HDI End user Support Manager,
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage the end user configuration environment, including assessing and recommending changes to the current end user policies and processes. This includes management of Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS desktops as well as Windows and IOS based tablets. Management and consistency in device settings improve device security, stability, and customer experience by providing a consistent and predictable end user environment.
Supports and maintains a variety of iOS and Windows 11 mobile devices.
Support the heterogeneous environment using ITIL based processes, HDI guidelines, Industry Best Practices and technology improvements to optimize efficiency of support.must perform in-person, remote control, over-the-phone, and automated IT support to all OD networks, workstations (laptops and desktops, and peripherals).
Troubleshoot hardware issues and problems that include the following: PCs, Laptops, Computer Accessories, (such as printers, sccanners, keyboards, mice), smartphones, iPhone, Wireless Equipment, and Cisco VPN.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The estimated pay range for this role is $90K – 120K with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
