Work Experience:
A minimum of one year on the job to be proficient in duties; previous clinical experience is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or Master of Science in Physical Therapy/DPT.
License:
Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oklahoma.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
