Job Title: Marketing Manager LATAM
Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site)
Reports to: Marketing Director
A regulated global forex broker with growing operations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and now Latin America is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute its regional strategy from its Mexico City office.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support brand growth and client acquisition in LATAM.
Manage and adapt global marketing campaigns across digital, in-person, and event channels.
Plan and execute social media content and advertising in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Collaborate with global and local sales teams to align marketing with business objectives.
Establish partnerships with local influencers, financial media, and affiliates.
Lead participation in local events such as expos, seminars, and roadshows, handling logistics and marketing.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior insights.
Ensure compliance with local marketing regulations and brand standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in regional marketing, ideally within financial services, trading, fintech, or online brokerage.
Strong understanding of Latin American consumer behavior and media channels.
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
