As an Entry-Level Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will work closely with the executive team to manage their schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive team
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain and organize files, records, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the executive team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
