Position Type: Full-Time (12 Month)

Position Overview:

Throckmorton Collegiate ISD is seeking a visionary, student-centered, and experienced educational leader to serve as the K-12 Principal. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic administrator who is committed to fostering academic excellence, strong character, and a culture of continuous improvement across all grade levels. The Principal will serve as the instructional and operational leader of the campus, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and challenging environment for all students and staff.

Serve as the instructional leader and chief administrator of the K-12 campus, promoting a high standard of student achievement and teacher excellence.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate that supports the social-emotional well-being of students.

Supervise, support, and evaluate all instructional and non-instructional campus staff.

Implement and monitor curriculum and instructional practices aligned with state standards and district goals.

Use data-driven decision-making to improve teaching and learning.

Collaborate with district leadership to implement strategic plans, meet accountability goals, and support district-wide initiatives.

Engage families, staff, and community stakeholders in meaningful partnerships.

Manage campus operations including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Promote professional growth for staff through coaching, mentoring, and targeted professional development.

Oversee the implementation of student support services, including special education, 504, RTI, and gifted education.

Lead the campus with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to equity and excellence for all students. Qualifications:

Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field.

Valid Texas Principal Certification.

Successful leadership experience, preferably in a K-12 or multi-grade campus setting.

Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a team toward ambitious academic and organizational goals.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Deep understanding of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and accountability systems.

Ability to cultivate a positive school culture and foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families. Application Process:
