Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming.

Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and government properties.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company and OSHA safety standards.

Assist with job site setup, material transport, and general labor duties.

Inspect finished work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - experience is a plus, but not required!

Basic knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to use painting tools, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.

Comfort working on ladders, scaffolding, and in various environments.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.

Commitment to safety and following company policies.

Reliable transportation to job sites.

Must provide your own basic tools. Benefits:
