Overview:
We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead and drive critical enterprise initiatives focused on data, technology infrastructure, application modernization, and cost optimization. This role will require both strong technical acumen and the ability to influence change across teams and processes.
Key Focus Areas:
Enterprise Data Initiatives
End-User Services, Infrastructure, and Network Platform Projects
Application Rationalization, Legacy System Sunset Planning, and Tech Debt Reduction
Cost Optimization, Outsourcing Strategy, and Supplier Negotiations Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional, enterprise-level technology and transformation projects
Identify and resolve technical and organizational gaps to deliver business value
Influence stakeholders, coach teams, and drive operational improvements
Create and manage detailed project artifacts including roadmaps, charters, RAID logs, and financials
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver against strategic goals
Ensure alignment with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in project and program management
Strong background in IT infrastructure, application lifecycle, and enterprise platforms
Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and manage change
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI
Proven ability to "connect the dots" across business and technical workstreams
Strong consultative, analytical, and communication skills Preferred:
Background in management consulting or strategic transformation
Experience working with Big-5 consulting firms
PMP, Agile, or MBA credentials
Experience in financial services or insurance
