Overview
Perform the testing and inspection of materials (Wire and Tube) for Resonetics's production and developmental product lines. Perform the review of the test results to determine if materials have passed or failed the testing and/or inspection. The candidate must possess organizational & computer skills.
Responsibilities
Follow ASTM and ISO standards for material traceability and testing procedures
Prepare test specimens from semi-finished and finished products
Receive test samples from production and prepare test specimens for testing
Perform tensile testing
Submit samples for DSC testing
Perform QC inspections
Perform functional Af testing. Record test results in test database.
Perform routine maintenance of lab equipment, maintain lab equipment, and calibration schedule
Notify Production and Quality Managers of Product Failures.
Support QC Final Inspection Review of ITMS, COC, Testing as needed
Perform additional tasks/jobs as assigned by the Manager Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience working in ISO-9000, GMP or similar environment.
Basic computer skills including MS Excel and Word.
Extremely detail oriented individual required.
Experience with operating manufacturing and/or test equipment is required.
Able to read and write in English. Preferred Qualifications
Work within an ISO 13485 regulated environment
Ability to follow work instructions for testing and inspection

Compensation
The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $20.00 - $24.00/hour.
