We are working with a dynamic and growing commercial general contractor seeking a Site Manager to manage tenant improvement projects for well-known QSR brands across Nevada and Arizona.

Job Description

Lead all onsite construction activities for QSR tenant improvement projects

Manage schedules, inspections, safety protocols, and site logistics

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and city inspectors

Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget

Conduct daily site walks and maintain quality control

Address any onsite issues or delays proactively

The Successful Applicant

Multiple years as a Site Superintendent/Site Manager in commercial construction (preferably QSR or restaurant TI)

Track record of managing fast-paced retail/restaurant build-outs

Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel 90% (in state: Arizona and Nevada) to various project sites

Proficiency with field tech tools (Procore a plus) What's on Offer

$80,000-$130,000+ (depending on experience)
