Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust backend solutions.

Hands-on experience on MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to build scalable and efficient applications.

Contribute to the entire development lifecycle.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand and address business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering.

4 - 8 years of proven full-time experience as a Backend Developer.

Proficiency in the MERN stack.

Experience in developing and maintaining sales enablement platforms or workflows is highly desirable.

Work experience, preferably from internet companies, products, or startups

Proficiency in the implementation of algorithms and the use of advanced data structures to solve problems in computing. A solid foundation in the principles of computer science is desired.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
