We’re now expanding and looking for a Freelance Business Development Intern to bring new IT hiring clients on board.
Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients who need recruitment support for tech hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach startups, tech companies, and HR heads through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, etc.
Pitch our recruitment services in a clear and professional manner.
Build a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly.
Close new client deals and share requirements with the internal delivery team.
Maintain relationships with acquired clients for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience.
MBA/BBA/BCA/MCA/B.TECH Degree required.
Will get chance to get PPO and be the fulltime employee.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
Comfortable working independently on a commission-only or incentive-based model.
