We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a strong track record in customer acquisition and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition within the SaaS sector
Identify and qualify high-potential leads through research, outbound campaigns, and prospecting
Collaborate with sales or marketing teams (as applicable) to drive pipeline growth
Nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes using CRM and sales automation tools
Provide insights and suggestions based on market trends and customer behavior
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track performance metrics
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in business development or customer acquisition for SaaS companies
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and growth strategies
Hands-on experience with CRMs and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions
