Electrical Design Engineer

Role: Estimation & Billing Assistant – Electrical Contracting Works

We are pleased to onboard a candidate for the role of Estimation & Billing Assistant to support our electrical contracting division. The candidate will primarily assist in the preparation of estimates, generate bills, and reconcile measurement data in coordination with the site supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical contracting work including but not limited to wiring, conduiting, cable tray installations, and related infrastructure.

Read and interpret electrical drawings to quantify materials accurately.

Coordinate with the site team to tally on-site measurements and ensure billing accuracy.

Maintain estimation and billing data using Microsoft Excel.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in interpreting electrical layout and schematic drawings.

Strong understanding of estimation techniques specific to electrical construction.

Working knowledge of MS Excel for data entry, calculations, and report generation.

This role is essential in maintaining cost control, project transparency, and timely billing processes. The candidate is to demonstrate a strong foundation in these areas and is expected to integrate quickly with our project and site teams.
