Convenience Store Manager – Blue Hill Location

Direct Hire Full-Time $50,000+ DOE

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for retail and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you to join our locally owned and operated team as a Convenience Store Manager in Blue Hill! This is a direct hire opportunity with a starting salary of $50,000/year or more depending on experience. You’ll primarily work early mornings and daytime hours, but flexibility to work all shifts and weekends when needed is a must.

What You’ll Do:As a Convenience Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a team of retail associates and work closely with upper management to drive store success. Responsibilities include:

Supervising, training, and mentoring staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Managing employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels

Monitoring inventory, balancing cash drawers and overseeing daily paperwork

Driving store performance and ensuring compliance with company standards

Collaborating with the Operations Manager to meet sales goals and improve profitability

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for staff and customers

Providing outstanding customer service and fostering a positive store cultureWhat We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of management experience, preferably in a retail or convenience store setting

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic business software

Business-savvy mindset with skills in time management, planning and decision-making

High level of adaptability and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to lead by example and step into any role as neededPhysical Requirements:

Prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds)
