Key Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone systems using proper phone etiquette.
Operate a switchboard and route calls appropriately or take accurate messages.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Manage, organize, and maintain paper and digital filing systems.
Perform accurate and timely data entry and document management.
Process, verify, and track invoices; note discrepancies or corrections.
Support bookkeeping tasks and assist with basic accounting duties.
Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Collaborate with team members to meet company goals and project deadlines.
Perform general administrative tasks and support office operations as needed.
Process invoices for billing. Knowledge of filing taxes.
Filing sales orders and purchase orders.
Take initiative to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
