Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL;

• Experience in design and/or development with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture (10+ years);

• Experience with .Net 4.5 and higher (10+ years);

• Experience with Visual Studio 2015 or higher (10+ years);

• Experience with .NET 8.0, ASP.NET MVC Razor pages for developing dynamic web applications (10+ years);

• Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server);

• Experience with SQL tuning;

• Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops);

• Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;

• Experience as an expert/lead technical role;

• Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments;

• Experience in state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented;

• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs;

• Experience with support production deployments and assisting with troubleshooting deployment issues;

• Experience assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements;

• Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities;

• Experience with setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment;

• Experience in writing technical documentation;

• Experience with Bootstrap, jQuery and other mobile friendly interfaces for responsive UI;

• Experience with Angular JS to create interactive and data driven applications;

• Experience in Oracle Database management and TSQL for data manipulation and retrieval:

• Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment, and Azure App Services for deploying cloud-native applications;

• Experience in using wireframe software to create prototypes;

• Experience with NLog for application logging and IText for generating pdf documents;

• Experience with ADA compliance and ADA Widget, as well as experience with tools and techniques for ensuring web accessibility;

• Experience implementing analytics solutions and use Redis and Elastic Search for distributed

caching to enhance application speed and reliability.

• Experience with object-oriented development techniques;

For C4243:

• Experience in design and/or development with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture (7+ years);

• Experience with .NET 8.0, ASP.NET MVC Razor pages for developing dynamic web applications (7+ years);

• Experience in analysis, design and development of enterprise applications using OpenText ExStream Software technologies (5+ years);

For C4242:

• Experience in designing and implementing real-time data ingestion pipelines using Striim to stream data from Oracle DB to Snowflake (5+ years);

• Experience in developing scalable ETL workflows using Alteryx to clean, transform, and enrich data for reporting and analysis (5+ years);

• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Tableau, leveraging Snowflake as backend (5+ years);

• Experience optimizing queries and data models in Snowflake DB;

• Experience working with ETA reports and reporting standards;

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for the .Net systems;

• Provide services for the Multi Language Translation (MLT) framework;

• Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy;

• Develop enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features;

• Use a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers;

• Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across Commerce;

• Determine specifications, then plan, design, and develop the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes.
