Remote Mid level Product Manager

Mid level Product Manager needs 5-10 years' experience as a Product Manager (process, not people)

Product manager requires:

• MS Office

• Jira

• Confluence

• Workforce management

• Agile SAFe

• Product management

• ART (Agile Release Train)

•Retail industry

•Experience with integrating 2 systems and support

• IT retail company experience (required)

• WorkJam, ThinkTime and Reflexis (all preferences)

Product manager duties:

• Owner of creating, managing & prioritizing product features, using a backlog, including experience in serving as the ultimate authority

• Responsible for handling vendor relationships including skills in ensuring targeted vendor deliverables meet our product needs including timely alignment

• Drives product innovation

• Knowledgeable and supportive regarding creation & execution of product SOWs

• Participant & reviewer of RFPs

• Conducts customer satisfaction surveys/analysis, validates customer response, provides fast feedback, prioritizes defect resolution & enhancements
