Job Title:Staff Engineer II - Automation & Workflow Developer

What you'll do:As a Staff Engineer II, you'll provide expertise in a suite of technical tools and products in a given domain to ensure solutions are safe, secure, compliant and reliable. You'll identify develop and support needs, as well as taking on design responsibilities supporting project tasks. As the Staff Engineer II, you'll facilitate dialogue and activities to ensure team collaboration including teams outside of your domain. You'll develop effective presentations and narratives for their teams.

Work closely with customers on their business process challenges to drive innovative solutions.
Work closely with customer subject matter experts to drive solution development.
Provide on-site and remote assistance to customers with the delivery of projects. Our key services activities include: Strategy, Analysis & Planning, Solution Architecture, Solution Requirements, Design, Estimation, Development, Testing, and Learning…. Always Learning.
Design, build and deploy an extensible DevOps solution against an automation development suite including k2 workflow, PowerApps and .Net technoplogies
Configuration and development of custom software using Angular or React technologies.
Review, assess and apply process automation platforms and related technologies such as K2, PowerApps, UiPath, Bizagi, Microsoft SharePoint, Nintex and others.
Keep current on trending technologies and announcements impacting process platform architectures, products, and services.
Lead the strategic planning of a project as it relates to technical solution design.
Design and implement engineering principles aimed at reliability practices and sound recovery procedures.
Design transaction specific application performance monitoring metrics that can be captured and passed to business partners.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures while also ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards. Develop desktop procedures when needed that others follow.
What you'll need:
7+ years experience with automation development suite including K2 workflow, PowerApps and .Net, UiPath, SharePoint and/or other related automation or workflow technologies.
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
API experience with ASP.NET Web APIs, Restful APIs, Mulesoft, Azure APIM or similar.
Good working experience in building applications using .Net MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
5+ years of experience with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS resources in Azure or AWS cloud technologies.
5+ years of solutioning and designing high available client facing production grade responsive applications.
5+ years of experience using Git, TFS/Azure DevOps for source control / project tracking / build management.
Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proven ability to learn new technologies and deliver results in an aggressive production environment.
Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work in Scrum/Agile environment to plan and estimate the work at different levels.
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Advanced ability to see the big picture and align projects with organizational goals. Expertise in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges as well as skilled at identifying and mitigating risks at the project level. Proficient in governance patterns tied to intake, technical reviews and architectural compliance.
