DevOps & Automation:

Use infrastructure-as-code (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform) for deploying Azure and Fabric resources in a repeatable, secure way.

Implement monitoring dashboards and logging pipelines for capacity usage, system health, and user activity.

Security & Governance:

Implement granular RBAC, security groups, and access control across Azure, Power BI, and Fabric.

Enforce compliance and data protection policies.

Regularly audit BI platforms for unused assets, compliance gaps, and cost inefficiencies.

Collaboration & Support:

Provide L1 support for BI platform issues including Fabric pipeline failures, CU throttling, or capacity overutilization.

Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure optimal platform usage and performance.

Maintain and share documentation, training guides, and operational runbooks for Fabric administration.

Innovation & Optimization:

Monitor Fabric feature releases and stay up to date with roadmap developments.

Recommend optimization strategies such as load balancing, capacity scaling, and CU-based cost management.

Proactively identify underperforming or misconfigured resources and recommend remediations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in BI and cloud platform administration.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure BI services and Power BI administration.

Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric components, CU-based capacity model, and Fabric governance.
