Regional Banking is a dynamic and rapidly growing segment of Huntington Bank. As a member of the Regional Banking Execution team you will contribute to researching, designing, socializing, and executing on projects, programs, and strategies to empower our colleagues to grow and deepen customer relationships through category of one services and sales experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partners with business segment management to support strategies and services targeting privately-held, owner-managed businesses between $2-50 million in annual revenue.

Leads the definition of scope, business objective, and project plan associated with new capabilities, vendor relationships, business initiatives, and other strategic efforts

Organizes change management activities (e.g. Colleague / Customer alignment, training, communications, readiness, adoption, etc.)

Participates in the development of KPIs and reporting to quantify and increase visibility into program status / success

Establishes effective working relationships with leadership, team members, and other business partners

Participates in the development of strategic presentations to senior management (inclusive of C-Suite + Board of Directors), working cross-functionally to determine and develop appropriate content, messaging, and presentation

Communicates project updates to all stakeholders on a regular cadence

Effectively manages multiple complex strategic projects simultaneously

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

7+ years of Program, Project or Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Banking or Financial Services

Experience utilizing a variety portfolio project management tool and creating and tracking project schedules in MS Excel, MS Project, or other project management software

Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/Scrum) and project management processes and standards

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities

Direct experience in consulting or financial services strategy
