Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Starting Pay: $50,000 per year
About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at NVR, you will play a key role in supporting our Homebuilding team through the Material Add-Order Call Center. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset will be essential in ensuring timely and accurate material deliveries to our field teams.
This is a fully onsite position, based in our Frederick, MD office, five days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Respond to incoming emails and calls from contractors, costing managers, and project managers regarding material shortages
Research material requests, enter shortage details, and apply appropriate reason codes to Add-Order Forms
Coordinate with ASD, Procurement, Distributors, Contractors, and Homebuilding teams to facilitate material deliveries
Recommend and implement best practices to improve call center operations
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High energy with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Customer service experience
Knowledge of residential homebuilding
