Duties:
Manage the full human resource life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, negotiating offers, reviewing backgrounds, and on boarding candidates.
Establish relationships with hiring teams to understand their needs, and team culture, and share best practices of the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Leverage sourcing techniques and candidate outreach to ensure a diverse slate of underrepresented populations.
Review recruitment data to make informed decisions on hiring strategies.
Consult and collaborate with internal teams on best practices for logistics, benefits, systems, and additional areas to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Document processes, maintain records, and update candidate status in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for record compliance and data accuracy.
Skills
05+ Years of experience in Human Resources Management
Office 365 proficiency
Ability to communicate laws, regulations, employee policies, and procedures related to talent acquisition.
Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels and business units.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and problem-solve multiple projects with competing deadlines.
