Job Description
Join our dynamic team in manufacturing cutting-edge fitness products designed for both commercial facilities and home use. Our innovative range includes cardio equipment like treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical cross-trainers, rowers, as well as strength and group training equipment.
Responsibilities
Build and inspect company products, working with units or parts.
Follow established procedures in a team environment to ensure quality and efficiency.
Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work area.Essential Skills
Proficiency in machine operation and general production.
Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculation.
Mechanical aptitude to effectively handle equipment and machinery.
Experience in welding and robotic welding.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to perform general labor tasks as required.
Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive motions.Work Environment
The role requires lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and involves standing for extended periods. Employees should be able to walk, bend, and turn consistently and repeatedly. Work hours are from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with potential work on Fridays.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
