A dynamic, full-time Maintenance Supervisor/Service Manager position is available at an outstanding apartment community in Mount Pleasant. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team! The apartment community has 175+ units.

The position is a live on-site Opportunity with an apartment included in the salary. EPA CERTIFICATION REQUIRED / BEAUTIFUL NEW COMMUNITY

Qualifications for this position include:

3+ years experience in the maintenance field

Multifamily housing experience preferred

Overseeing a staff of 2 technicians / managerial skills required

Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry

Apartment Turns / Work orders
