Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing window sashes in commercial buildings in the southeast Milwaukee, WI area.

• Coordinating suppliers and contractors on the work site.

• Direct and instruct operators on safe work practices and production requirements for projects up to $500,000.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety requirements.

• Repair and maintain broken windows and skylights.

• Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity standards.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in window fabrication and installation in a lead position.

• Ability to work with customers, contractors, and work team.

• Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.

• Must be an exceptional multi-task capable person.

• Excellent verbal and writing ability.

• Ability to make important decisions under pressure.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Ability to delegate effectively.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Commercial Driver License Class A preferred.
