We're currently seeking a Full-Time Universal Banker (Member Service Associate) for our Naperville Branch.

As a Universal Banker (Member Service Associate), you will be responsible for many things, including:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Members.

Using the DUPAGE philosophy to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Focus on member needs and contribute to business growth.

Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Share experiences to inspire and support the team.

What will you bring?

Financial Institution experience, particularly in a Personal/Universal Banking role

Proven sales skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule:

Within a 40-hour work week:

Monday to Friday from 7:45 am to 6:15 pm, and Saturdays from 7:45 am to 1:15 pm.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
