Job Description

Responsibilities:

Paint interiors of homes and apartments with precision and attention to detail.

Occasionally perform exterior painting tasks as needed.

Collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to enhance property aesthetics.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience.

Transportation: Reliable transportation for travel within metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Skills:

Proficient in surface preparation, color mixing, and application techniques.

Familiarity with various paint types (e.g., latex, oil-based).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour.
