Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client's Call Center team. This role is fully onsite in Raleigh with a company that offers great benefits. In this role, you will assist members over the phone by providing account information, processing transactions, resolving inquiries, and promoting additional products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. .Banking experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and credit union services.

Provide assistance with online banking, mobile apps, debit/credit cards, loans, and other financial products.

Troubleshoot and resolve member issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Process financial transactions, including payments, transfers, and account updates, following security and compliance protocols.

Educate members on credit union benefits, products, and services to enhance their financial well-being.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell products that meet members' financial needs.

Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Adhere to federal and state regulations, credit union policies, and call center performance standards.

Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred).

Previous experience in a call center, banking, financial services, or customer service role preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally.

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and banking platforms.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing top-notch member service.Company Description
