Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take your career to the next level? Domani Inspection Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented leader to manage and oversee Special Inspections in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Management

Plan, schedule, and oversee special inspections from initiation through project closeout.

Maintain and update project trackers, monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Directly collaborate with clients, special inspectors, and internal teams to ensure open communication and timely completion of milestones.

Minimal Supervision & Problem-Solving

Confidently identify and address potential compliance or documentation issues before they escalate.

Demonstrate initiative in improving internal workflows, implementing industry best practices, and embracing new technologies (e.g., Metafield) to enhance efficiency.

Operate autonomously, maintaining productivity and clarity even under tight deadlines and shifting project requirements.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Special Inspections or related field

Strong knowledge of NYC DOB, IBC, and ASTM standards

Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects

Relevant certifications (ICC, ACI, AWS, etc.) preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
