Job Description

1st Shift Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 AM-5 PM

Pay rate: $17.00

Duties:

Maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and designers.

Process orders, payments, and handle returns/replacements.

Assist clients with product selections and layout interpretation.

Organize customer files, collect feedback, and report issues.

Requirements:

Experience with order entry and CRM systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Fishbowl).

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and fast typing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism.

Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish)
