A well-established underground utilities construction company is seeking a skilled Loader Operator with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Utility Installation, including Water, Sewer, and Drainage systems, as well as Earthwork in Underground Construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating loaders to move, lift, and load materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols on job sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proven experience as a Loader Operator in the construction industry

Proficiency in operating and maintaining loaders for material handling and movement tasks

Knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and underground utility installation techniques

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Underground Utilities

Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Demonstrate high productivity and efficiency in all operations

Must be physically capable of standing, kneeling, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling as needed

Capable of working in open excavations or trench boxes to install pipes and drainage structures

Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds

Comfortable working in various outdoor environments, including different weather conditions such as light rain, summer heat, and cooler fall temperatures

Willingness to work in confined spaces when required

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Underground Utilities

Minimum of 2 years Pipe Crew experience

Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Demonstrate high productivity and efficiency in all operations

Must be physically capable of standing, kneeling, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling as needed

Capable of working in open excavations or trench boxes to install pipes and drainage structures

Comfortable working in various outdoor environments, including different weather conditions such as light rain, summer heat, and cooler fall temperatures

What You Can Expect

$22.00 - $25.00/hr – depending on experience

Schedule of Monday – Friday, 10-hour shifts
