Fast Line Safety Training is searching for professional, reliable, and organized data entry clerks for our affiliate company, Accoric. Data entry clerks will assist in transferring data from paper format to our computer database system.

Responsibilities:

Data entry clerks are responsible for inputting information into our computer database system within specified time constraints.

Furthermore, data entry clerks are tasked with the duty of engaging in email communication with customers to guarantee the accuracy of records in our system.

Perform scanning and filing of documents as required, ensuring the currency of company databases.

Qualifications:

**ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST**

Must follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, especially during email correspondence with customers.

Accurate typist is a must.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Must work well both individually and in a team environment.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Word.

Physical Demands:

Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting for long periods of time.

Job Type:

Part-time, 15 - 25 hours, 3-5 days per week.

5 hour shifts

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00/hour based on experience.

Shift: Morning shifts.

Candidates must reside within a 20-mile radius of the job location.
