Procurement manager

Are you a procurement expert with a strategic mindset and a passion for optimizing supply chain operations? We are seeking a talented and motivated Procurement Manager to join our team at KONE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing procurement efficiency, driving cost savings, and supporting the great extension of the Ústí production plant.

IN THIS POSITION YOU GET TO:

Ownership of the USTI Procurement KPI deliverables.

Create the yearly negotiation plan and manage the savings performance with the team.

Lead the TCU supply chain optimization.

Support regional categories on the cost benchmark.

Facilitate the EU source plan implementation in USTI production sites.

Manage the business continuity risk alignment with the USTI leadership team.

Part of Europe's raw material commodity management.

Work as USTI procurement project manager for the in-house project implementation with a cross-function team on-site.

Stakeholder management on the strategic plan, cross-function team collaboration .

Team engagement on the business performance target achievement.

Support the team capability development and manage the local HR policy implementation.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

University degree, preferred in the mechanic's background.

At least 5 years in procurement/supplier management and a minimum of 3 years of manager role experience.

Fluent in Czech (Slovak) and English.

Good collaboration, cross-function teamwork spirit.

Marketing sensitiveness on the raw materials, new technology.

Willingness to challenge and change management.
