Entry-level position and opportunity for overtime at this automotive assembly company!

The Advance Group has partnered with a Toledo automotive assembly plant with an urgent need for assembly workers on 1st shift.

Compensation for the Assembly position:

Pay rate is $15.75/hr

Overtime opportunity

Shift for Assembly position:

First Shift is Monday- Saturday 6am-4pm (overtime as required)

Schedule can be inconsistent, may need to work weekends or limited hours depending on production

Responsibilities of the Assembly position:

Sequencing and light assembly of automotive parts

Lifting up to 20 pounds to load parts onto and off of the line

Use hand tools to assemble various components

Maintain a fast pace and hit quotas that are tracked by the minute

Inspect parts for defects or quality issues

Requirements of the Assembly position:

Must be able to stand for the entire shift

1-2yrs of prior Assembly or Production experience

Must be able work in a fast-paced environment with strict quotas

Must have good eye-hand coordination

Good hand dexterity and ability to use hand tools

Able to lift up to 20 pounds consistently

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
