We're a small, respected builder based in Southern Vermontan area known for its scenic charm, tight-knit communities, and four seasons of natural beauty. If you're a skilled construction pro who can both lead a crew and jump into the work when needed, this could be your chance to build a better life along with better homes.

Relocation assistance is available, and we're offering $90,000 - $110,000/year for the right person.

What You'll Do:

Oversee and work alongside crews on custom home builds and remodels

Keep jobs running on schedule, on budget, and to spec

Coordinate materials, subs, inspections, and job site logistics

Communicate with clients, team members, and vendors

Enforce safety, quality, and cleanliness on site

Solve problems on the fly and adjust plans as needed

Set the tone for craftsmanship, teamwork, and accountability

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of residential construction experience, including job site leadership

Skilled in framing, finish work, and general carpentry

Comfortable managing people, plans, budgets, and deadlines

Calm, confident communicator who can keep crews motivated and clients informed

Familiarity with residential building codes and permitting

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Tools? Great. Not required, but a plus

Willingness to relocate (we'll help)
