Fulfillment Specialist

Fulfillment Specialist Fairburn, GA

The schedule is Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Pay - $20-22/hr - based on experience

Must be strong in EXCEL. Having SAP experience is a bonus.

Liaison between 3PL company and the Customer Service Department

Manages receipts and adjustments of all inventory transactions for the fulfillment of customer order

Executes the daily allocation of distributor orders

Creates daily pick report for transportation, 3PL and management

Assists in resolve of weekly & monthly reconciliation discrepancies

Assists with updating customs information for all inventory and imports goods systemic receiving

Updates item preference profile to newly registered items

Assists in the process of claims overages / shortages reported by claim department

Provides fulfillment duties and Logistics support to departments and 3PL organization

Daily contact with a variety of management and employees involved with distribution and logistics to include 3PL

Must pass Drug screen and background check
