Accountant

Job Summary: Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy.

Verify and reconcile the accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly posted.

Provide exceptional service throughout the night shift.

Assist the cashiers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain a safe and secure environment.

Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished.

Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns.

Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports.

Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role (essential). Proficiency in Excel and multiple ERP systems.

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures.

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic accounting knowledge.

Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Fluency in English and Arabic.
