Community Relations Specialist/Field Marketing Specialist - Kids Dental Brands (Ohio)

KIDS DENTAL BRANDS (OHIO) is looking for a full-time Community Relations Specialist who has a passion for helping others and who wants to make a positive difference in their community. The Community Relations Specialist's core function is to build awareness of our local dental practices and generate new patients in our offices. This role will work to develop relationships with key community partners, local schools, Head Start programs, and family support organizations in OHIO.

JOB TYPE: Full-time remote position. Must be based in Ohio

TRAVEL: Travel required between Toledo area, Akron area, Cincinatti area, or Columbus area. Home proximity to one office would be ideal. In-region travel requirements likely 50%+

PAY: $57,000 plus quarterly bonus potential ($2500/quarter) based on new patient goals and performance objectives. Position includes car allowance ($500/m) for work-related travel as well

BONUS PAY: quarterly bonus potential of up to $2500/quarter

EXPERIENCE 1+ years in community relations/outreach, dental administrative work, marketing

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Increase the number of new patients in local orthodontic dental offices

Conduct research to support PR planning

Assist in organizing and executing events, campaigns, etc.

Represent the organization in public-facing events

Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions

Day-to-day reporting and collaboration with a remote management team

Assist in tracking media coverage or PR metrics (e.g. web analytics)

***Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a plus! (Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, etc..)

Assist with social media efforts

Support long-term relationship management with local businesses

Maintain ongoing call schedules with existing referral partners and community stakeholders to deliver promotional materials

Must be okay with some travel. Will include 50% of travel between Toledo area, Akron area, Cincinatti area, or Columbus area. Home proximity to one office would be ideal. In-region travel requirements likely 50%+
