Store Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job type: Full time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift

Total Compensation Estimate: $64,000 - $90,000

*Compensation for this position includes annual salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What You'll Do

Take pride in your work each day. As a branch manager, you manage a warehouse and branch location that serves electrical contractors. You lead a team that ensures our customers have what they need to do essential work like keeping the lights on.

You will...

Set priorities for improving operations and increasing sales so that your branch can grow successfully

Manage the financial performance of the branch, such as creating a business plan and an annual budget

Coach and develop talent to help them grow personally and professionally

Interact regularly with customers and help resolve customer concerns

Follow all safety guidelines and regulations

What You Bring

Requirements:

Minimum education: 2-year associate's degree or equivalent OR 4+ years of experience inasolution-based selling environment and 2+ years of people management

Ability to learn about electrical products

Ability to motivate team, manage conflict, and drive sales

MS Office Suite experience

Communication skills: ability to build relationships and conduct critical conversations with customers and associates

Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
