Operations Supervisor

Overview: Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America focused on healthy hydration. We pride ourselves on our extensive and recognizable portfolio of sustainably sourced beverages available in over 150,000 retail outlets.

Reporting Location: Orlando, FL

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

Responsibilities: As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our branch leadership team. Strong communication skills and leadership by positive example are essential. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing and overseeing all branch operations to ensure daily efficiency.

Improving productivity and optimizing branch activities for peak performance.

Supporting your team with decision-making and offering assistance as needed; fostering a collaborative team environment; resolving conflicts; providing constructive feedback and coaching; training new hires; and teaching upselling techniques.

Ensuring safety for yourself and others by adhering to safe work practices, operating vehicles responsibly, and completing required documentation.

Assisting with daily branch closing activities, driver execution reviews, and team meetings as necessary.

Leading the team to achieve and surpass sales targets by coaching on effective upselling strategies.

Being available for route coverage and flexible work hours based on business needs, while collaborating with the Operational Leader to enhance customer service strategies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Ability to secure and maintain a Class B CDL license with an airbrake endorsement is preferred.

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years) with no major offenses.

Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).

Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI is preferred.
