The Quality System Engineer (QSE) will plan, coordinate and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement at the company. The QSE will be responsible for implementing quality standards, processes, developing quality control systems, and facilitating the implementation as Quality system administrator. The ideal candidate is hands-on and committed to quality management and has a strong background in QMS, ISO9001, Quality Tools and best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage end to end Quality for the company and be responsible for reporting Quality Data

Creating and maintaining the company's Quality Management Plan

Reporting status on the Quality Management efforts.

Participate in new product launch to ensure Quality issues are addressed throughout the development process and all stakeholders understand requirements from the beginning.

Ensure internal and external documentation meets requirements for suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Conduct regular & irregular assessments on process and quality systems, to achieve consistency in quality performances.

Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of Quality System Management experience.

High level of understanding on ISO9001 and IATF16949 requirements

Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and 8D methodology.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Familiar with ISO9001 QMS requirements.

Auditor certification
