Your role as a Assistant Branch Manager

As an Assistant Branch Manager at Community 1st Credit Union, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional member service at all times. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting in the management of branch staff, providing coaching and training to enhance team performance. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and metrics effectively.

Monitoring and analyzing operational activities, you will identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while maintaining a secure environment for both members and staff. Engaging with members, you will address inquiries and resolve issues, creating a customer-centric experience that aligns with the credit union's core values.

Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential as you drive team motivation and foster a positive workplace culture.
