Job Description

This position provides data entry and research activities for the McAlvain Business Development and Marketing Departments. The primary role for this position will be to collect (from multiple sources), validate, and enter data loaded into CRM system while maintaining data integrity and ensuring that all data is accurate. It is expected that you will perform your duties with a partnering attitude and a pleasant, professional matter.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Entry:

Accurately input and update costumer information into the CRM and marketing databases. Ensure the completeness and correctness of data entries to maintain data integrity.

Database Maintenance:

Regularly perform data cleansing and validation to eliminate duplicate or outdated information. Conduct routine checks to identify and correct errors within the databases.

Record Tracking:

Monitor and track changes to costumer records, ensuring that all updates are recorded accurately. Collaborate with other teams to obtain and input missing information as needed.

Data Quality Assurance:

Follow data quality standards to maintain a high level of accuracy and reliability in the CRM and marketing databases. Work proactively to identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Reporting:

Generate and provide regular reports as directed.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of data entry processes and standards. Assist in the development of training materials to ensure consistent data entry practices.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments to gather and input relevant data. Fostering effective cross-functional communication. Work closely with management and the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data-base related issues .

Additional Duties as Assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in database management. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing databases. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in using data entry tools and software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data entry or database management roles .
