We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager consultant to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and strategic leader looking to drive financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Oversee financial modeling and financial reporting

Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes

Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls

Support leadership with financial insights and recommendations

Lead process improvements and cost optimization initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFP preferred)

5-7+ years of financial analysis experience preferred

Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills

Proven ability to lead teams and drive financial performance

Ability to lead variance analysis and reporting for key stakeholders

Advanced in Excel and financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)

Experience with financial software (Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.)
