THE JOB:
As a Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of catering events. With your warm smile and attentive service, you will set the stage for an exceptional guest experience. By taking the time to understand each guest’s unique story and needs, you will take full ownership of their experience, creating unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression long after their stay.
THE SCHEDULE:
This is a ON CALL position; days and hours will vary based on business needs.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Receive future function sheets from the Catering office to determine the amount of future business and workload duties
Meet with function group leaders to determine last minute changes and to discuss details of the event
Account for all food, beverage, labor and material equipment used
Complete reports and maintain complete records of all Banquet Events
Handle employee and guest complaints in an effort to resolve problems as they arise
Inform employees of management policies and ensure compliance
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
A minimum age of 21 years old
2 years of experience working in Banquets, Conventions or Events Management or similar

Pay Range:
The starting rate for this role is:$24.00
This is a commission-eligible position.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
