About the Role
The Business System Analyst will, assists with the development and implementation of information systems within the Department. Assesses workflow procedures in the Department. Adapts manual procedures to automated applications. Designs and participates in activities which monitor the effectiveness of implemented systems.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Participates in the coordination of projects related to the implementation of information systems within the Department
Assists in the development of written materials to support system implementation
Participates on committees and task forces related to system implementation and use
Assists with projects pertinent to information management
Communicates the status of activities and projects
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science, Information Technology or Business Administration required
Three (3) years of experience in information systems required
Demonstrated good computer related skill, Proficient skill level in Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge of hospital based automated systems required
Demonstrated interpersonal skills working in a service-oriented environment.
Experience with SciQuest software is preferred
Effective written and oral communications necessary.
Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements

The expected salary range for this position is [$74,063– $106,375] per year, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
