Onsite Requirements:

Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instruction and drawings.

Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes.

Job Description:

Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instruction and drawings.

Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes.

Select and install cutting tools, adjust machine settings, and monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy.

Sets up and operates any type of precision machine tool to make original parts, tools, mechanisms.

Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.

Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.

Collaborate with teams members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.

Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.

Familiarity with CAD and CAM software, with entry level knowledge of programming from engineering models.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Knowledge of ESD procedures and machine equipment.

Strong work ethic and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.

High school diploma or GED required.
