Customer Service Representative

Axiom Staffing is hiring a 1st Shift Customer Service Representative to join our clientâ s CSR team. Located in Westminster, MD.

Hours are M-F 7:30a-4p

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.

Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good communication and customer service skills

Comfortable with basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel
